Outdoor Home Workout

Due to Covid-19 our gym has been shut down for over a month now. But it has helped us become more creative with our workout routines. There are many more exercises that you can do from home other than what is shown in this video but this is a start. Make sure you allow yourself to stretch before, during and even after your workout. And drink plenty of water! Stay Hydrated and have fun! Oh and soak up that sun too!
